Shipping And Returns

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Please note that items may ship from different warehouses separately.

Normal processing/shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. TRUU IAM is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout.

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities with specialty items.

Joined the Waitlist?

If you are on the waitlist for an item, we will notify you when your item is stocked and available for shipping. Get excited when you get this email and be sure to respond to confirm order to make the first shipment.

Sizing

Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Since all sizes and figures are different we include model size information for you to reference.

T-Shirts and Pullovers are unisex so they can run larger.

 

Returns/Exchanges

 

We want you to love your TRUU IAM items as much as we do! Most sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. Exceptions will be made at the discretion of our support team.
